johno_1960In less than a month I turn 65 years old. I get Social Security. I am retired. I have my days to myself. I’m thankful. I am practicing my spiritual path, trying to quiet my mind, meditate, and be grateful. Following the Essene path and leaning into secondary character energy.
Blessing walk is hard. I think I need to leave my headphones off. Spend the time in silence. I will try it next time.
