johno_1960And my shoulder aches, the left shoulder this time. Slapped a lidocaine patch on it, now I’m feeling grand.
I’ve been participating in the Treefort Music Fest, and I almost feel like I love it again. I miss playing it. I need to get into better physical shape, and fit into my suit again. I’m tired of my protruding belly. I see myself on video and I can’t help but flinch. Oh well, nobody is trying to get me naked, I just guess I wanted to get it going again, to give my joints a break.
One more day of work. Then I get to roll.
