Every Nails Hammer Time

I am still resisting the siren call of caffeine, and the flu like symptoms wax and wane. I’m wondering if it was a good idea to make such a change this abruptly. Or, perhaps there are other factors in play. I do have an auto immune disease. I am 65 years old. The weather is changing. Life is what you make of it, but my life this week consists of foot and ankle pain, calf discomfort, stomach upsets, constant napping. I’m also feeling empty of inspiration. The spheres are silent. I’m shooting for my weekly blog post on Friday. But I don’t know if it will make any sense. I feel even less smart than usual, and I usually am very frustrated by my limitations. I’ve given up on winning. I just want to finish.
