I’m 65 years old, and frankly, I feel ok about it. I was a in a trough leading up to it, and it messed with my head a bit, but I’m feeling better now. Ready to resume my spiritual journey, and am grateful for the opportunity to share the world with my fellow travelers. Thank you for reading this, whoever and wherever you are.
Blessings.
Blessings.
happy birthday
Date: 7 Aug 2025 08:47 (UTC)28th July? That is my mother's birthday too
.
I got someone to come and (start to) cut down those trees... thank you for mentioning to thank and warn them beforehand. I was actually quite moved and regretful and cried when it started. Then the second tree came down on my letterbox and smashed it.
The guy's chainsaw is not really up to the job: he has been twice and got only half of it done.
Re: happy birthday
Date: 7 Aug 2025 20:49 (UTC)It was surprisingly bittersweet to say goodbye to the trees, but it had to be done, and we are still not done with the wood. However, out Ash tree has come back! Hopefully we will tend him better than his ancestor was. It was poorly trimmed at some point, became unstable, and was constantly throwing limbs off to try and right himself. I didn't mind, but our neighbor was unnerved.
Hope the dude is able to complete the job.
